Pick your own garden in Corona time
The pick your own garden, the tea garden and the resting point are closed for visits in April.
At the moment there is also nothing to picking / harvesting in the pick your own garden. We think that the first rhubarb can be harvested the 2nd week of April. As soon as the rhubarb can be harvested, it will be sold on the stall at the entrance for a long time. Please pay here appropriately in cash and without contact.
As soon as more fruit and flowers can be harvested, the pick your own garden will be open to the public as long as it is allowed under the RIVM guidelines to come and pick it. We keep an eye on the maximum number of visitors, distance from each other and distance from employees. You arrange your own flowers and weigh your own fruit and pay as much as possible contactlessly with pin or appropriate cash. These rules will then be stated at the entrance of the picking garden.
The tea garden and the resting place are subject to a catering decision and are closed as long as the restaurants, cafes must also remain closed. The toilet is - just like on campsites - closed to visitors. When picking garden is open to visitors, you can buy our own fruit juices in bottles to take with you.
You can buy online through our webshop.
We are not hiring new volunteers at this time. There are also some of our current volunteers who prefer to stay at home in this situation. We fully understand this. We ask you if you will be able to visit the picking garden in the future, also take into account their distance from them (and everyone).
Hopefully we will all get through this crisis as quickly and healthily as possible. Everyone strengthened in these difficult times.

Enjoy the lushness of a summer garden and the peaceful country-side view while you pick your own bouquet, tea herbs and/or fruit crops.
